Training allowance

The system of training allowance allows employers to use one third (0,5%) of the training grant paid to national budget (which is 1,5% of annual gross salary) for the training of its own employees.

Since 1 January 1998, vocational training can only be provided by registered training facilities. Imagement Training Center Kft. was registered on 17 July, 2004 by the National Centre for Assessment and Examination in Public Education under registration number 01-0452-04.

Due to the above, accredited programs of Imagement Training Center can be accounted at the vocational training fund's expenses.

HEFOP tender

On 29 April 2005 the Ministry of Labour and the European Social Fund announced a tender within the framework of Human Resources Development Operational Programme of National Development Plan, titled „Support of trainings aimed at developing entrepreneurial skills and adaptability of employees". The European Union and the Hungarian government want to support educations and trainings at your company, which means that a part of our work can be financed through this tender.
